A one-one dance lesson, or dance conditioning session, can really help you get to grips with some of the things you maybe struggle with in class, or it can give you the chance to ask the questions you are normally too shy or afraid to ask.  Sometimes the smallest correction or bit of advice can go a long way in making the improvements you are after.  

Same with fitness or wellbeing... pilates, yoga, strength & flexibility, whatever you want to achieve, or if you're not sure, and just want to be generally more fit and healthy, and more in control, without the worry of keeping up in a conventional exercise class, one-one training is ideal and can be tailored completely to your level and needs.
